Because scope drives cost. A 10-page website with no CMS and a 10-page website with a multilingual CMS, blog, and custom search are not the same product. We give ranges so you know the ballpark — then we scope your project specifically and give you a fixed quote before anything starts.
Yes. We typically structure payments as 50% upfront, 25% at midpoint review, and 25% on delivery. For larger engagements we can discuss milestone-based structures. No work starts until the first payment is received.
Most complex projects don't. The categories above are indicative starting points. Tell us what you're building and we'll scope it from scratch, honestly, and send you a proposal that reflects your actual requirements.
Usually, yes — but it depends on the state of the codebase. We'll always review it before quoting. If the existing code has significant technical debt, we'll tell you clearly and factor the cleanup cost into our scope.
We assess this on a case-by-case basis. Typically we can work with reduced payment timelines for startups, and our Launch and Standard packages are explicitly designed to give you a professional result at an entry-level investment. We won't sacrifice quality, but we're not inflexible on structure.
The 30-day warranty covers bugs and issues from our work. After that, ongoing support is through a retainer — or we hand you over cleanly and you manage it in-house. Everything is documented for either scenario.
Tell us what problem you're trying to solve. We'll recommend the right approach, at the right scope, with a clear cost — no commitment required.
